Traps

Traps are placed in the dungeons by the Mystic Summoners and are based on the essence stats of the Mystic Summoner. Initially each room can only contain 1 trap at a time. These traps cost the summoner a small amount of treasure to place and can be upgraded at additional cost to increase its potency. A stronger trap makes it harder to disarm.  Traps that kill an Offensive Avatar will downgrade by 1 level or vanish if they at the traps base level. Traps that are disarmed by Offensive Avatars disappear regardless of level. Additional trap slots can be acquired by creating a Treasure Room.  Placing 2 – 5 treasure in a room will grant you 1 free trap in the room for each treasure over 1 and 1 additional trap slot in all room surrounding the Treasure Room.
